Domestic Shipping Policy

Customers outside Cuba and the United States, please read our International Shipping Policy below.

We ship orders to every state in the United States, its territories, and to APO and FPO military addresses. We use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for all orders unless otherwise specified by the customer or us. Most orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship on the same day. On your shopping cart and during checkout, you will be able to choose the shipping method.

Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with an estimated 2-3 day shipping time. USPS Express (1 day delivery) is available. Please email us for more information.

Free shipping orders are sent via the most cost effective shipping method available. This may be U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the product weight and destination.

International Shipping Policy

EXPRESS CIGAR DISTRICT ships with the USPS for international orders. International shipping rates are calculated based on a number of factors including desired service level (First Class/Priority/Express), the weight of the item(s), and the destination country/region. International shipping can be calculated during checkout or later on.
Shipments generally arrive within 5-20 business days after your order is shipped. (“Business days” means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) This will depend on which method of shipping you choose.

Express Mail International: 3-6 Business Days
Priority Mail International: 6-10 Business Days
First Class Mail International: 6-20 Business Days

Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your item(s) during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Some shipments may take longer depending on the destination country. EXPRESS CIGAR DISTRICT is not responsible for any shipping delays due to shipments being held up by customs or local post offices within your country.
We ship to most countries unless they do not allow importation of tobacco/cigars. Please consult with your customs or country laws. You may also email us to verify. If you place and order and your country doesn’t accept cigars, then we will refund the order and email you immediately. We will also ship to countries that restrict shipments of tobacco.
Please be sure that your delivery address is correct and is in the right format that your country requires. This will help prevent any unnecessary delays with your shipment.
We will only ship to your billing address. Your address must be confirmed when paying. This is a strict policy and no exceptions will be made.
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, EXPRESS CIGAR DISTRICT reserves the right to retain the original shipping fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
It is the customers responsibility to know whether or not you are allowed to import cigarette accessories, roll your own supplies or any products ordered from our store into your country. Please contact your local customs office to verify that any item(s) you would like to order can be imported into your country. If the order gets stopped by customs and is destroyed or not returned to us, we will not refund the order.
Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees on international shipments. Shipping charges are only for the shipment itself and do not cover taxes, duties or fees. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding any taxes, duties or fees that might apply to your order. All taxes, duties and fees will have to be paid by the customer at the time your package is picked up/delivered.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding the rates of any fees, duties or taxes that may apply to your order.

Fraud Protection Policy

For your protection, orders may be subject to verification. Should your order require verification, you will be notified by phone or email. For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with your current phone number, including country and city codes.

EXPRESS CIGAR DISTRICT reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.
